                   GEOMETRY BROWSE DCS Directory Contents

The GEOMETRY BROWSE DCS directory contains easily viewed 2001 Odyssey THEMIS
special Decorrelation Stretch (DCS) image products. THEMIS DCS images are 
stored in sudirectories named following the pattern "Aoooxx"dcs; DCS images
are named following the pattern "Aooooonnnddd.png".  Subdirectory and image
name patterns are case insensitive and defined as

    A      is a 1 letter description of the type of image collected; 
           [ I = infrared image ]

    ooooo  is the 5-digit mission orbit number when the data was
           collected, zero padded

    oooxx  is the first 3 numbers of the mission orbit number when the
           data was collected, zero padded, followed by a placeholder
           representing the remaining digits of the mission orbit number

    nnn    is the 3-digit image sequence number indicating the order that
           images were collected within a given orbit

    ddd    is the 3-4 character description of the image contents:
            D### = DCS image where the ### lists the IR bands represented
                   in red, green, and blue respectively
            DCS  = a four panel image composed of the following images 
                   (from left to right): D875, D964, D642, and brightness
                   temperature

    .png   file extension descriptor indicating that this file is formatted
           following Portable Network Graphics (PNG) standards
